Each song contains a groundbreaking therapeutic psychoacoustic science 'Isochronic Tones',  designed by Brian Eno lauded, audio genius Dr. Stephane Pigeon. for increasing serotonin, alleviating depression and stress, improving focus, and aiding in restful sleep.
